Ruixin Petroleum’s premium woven screen is designed to resist deformation and maintain reliable sand control even with heavy deformation under down hole conditions, which often occurs in horizontal completion with irregular bore shapes and non-ideal well trajectories.
The premium woven screen consists of a base pipe, a multi-layer filter media and a protective shroud made of stainless steel. The filter media which is composed of multiple woven layers with various mesh sizes, were welded after rolling and shaping. The screen is tested to be effective in sand control with deformation ratio as high as 40%, and resistant to corrosion.
