Ruixin Petroleum is devoted in R&D activities. In cooperation with major research institutes including China University of Petroleum and SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering, it has set up multiple well-equipped labs for sand control simulation, core flow & fluid tests, cementing quality evalu- ation, screen evaluation, etc., and has obtained over 60 patents, based on which it built its key technol- ogies including one-trip multi-zone gravel pack system (MZGP), horizontal well open hole gravel pack (OHGP) system, autonomous inflow control device (AICD) system, and MGC anti-plugging screens.
Ruixin Petroleum occupies an area of 44,000m2, 15,000 m2 of them is workshops with high-perfor- mance CNC machining centers and more than 200 sets of equipments, such as dual-row automatic spot welding machine unit and mixing mill, molding press, vulcanizing machine, etc. It has yearly production capacity of 6,000 sets of well completion tools and 50 thousand meters of screens.
